Corinna's approach to coaching strikes a perfect balance of challenging her coachees to think critically and outside the box while providing valuable insights based on her own professional experiences. I found her guidance to be insightful and practical, which allowed me to implement the solutions we discussed into my work. Our European company is new to the North American Market and we are looking for investors. Corinna went above and beyond with our Company’s Investors Pitch Deck. She helped us identify the important information we needed to make it a successful deck to present to investors. She is professional, experienced and offered great ideas for the presentation. I had the opportunity to work closely with Corinna for about ~3-4 months this year. Throughout our coaching sessions I found Corinna to be an empathetic leader with personal and professional skills that greatly complemented each other. My objective was to learn how to improve my communication skills so I can increase my influence as a leader. Instead of just jumping into discussing the tactics involved in effectively communicating to executive leadership, Corinna first took the time to understand why I felt this goal was important to me as a person, as a professional, and as a member of my organization. Through Corinna’s approach to goal setting we were able to uncover a few mental roadblocks I didn't initially realize affected my ability to effectively communicate in email, verbally and through powerpoint presentations. It was an eye opening experience that has not only resulted in an immediate improvement in my communication capabilities but has provided me the tools to efficiently execute email and power point communications in the future. I greatly appreciate Corinna’s support and would highly recommend her as a coach for any mid-level manager looking to increase their effectiveness.
