Leadership Coaching FAQ
No. We do require that you are at manager level, whether you are an individual contributor (IC) or a people leader (PL). Many coachees have advanced to Director-level within 6-14 months after working with us. We do require that you have upward ambition, are biased to action and committed to engage consistently.
We want to make sure everyone in the group gets the most out of it. To do that, we want to make sure there all members meet basic criteria so the quality of the group is consistently high so everyone is enabled for maximum growth. The questionnaire is short and won’t take up more than five minutes of your time.
Partially. We value your privacy and so we only record a portion of the session where we introduce a concept or framework. Our coaching segments and breakout sessions are not recorded or cut out from the recording when shared with the members of the group.
Yes. We make recorded segments available to the private member’s library.
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including PayPal, major credit cards, ACH, and other digital forms of payment.
We currently meet on Monday mornings, CST.
We understand that this is challenging for participants from distant time zones, but we have also seen that priorities always find space on your calendar. And many employers agree with us because when you consider the impact of our work together on your continuous growth, everyone benefits from your increased productivity, better communication, better leadership, etc. That’s why many employers even buy these programs for entire teams.
This is also a good reason to ask your employer if they would cover the cost of your participation (or even of one-on-one coaching options) or to ask your tax advisor if this is a tax deductible expense in your country. We even supply you with a template in this article.
You have the option to choose between different subscription levels. If you want to select an annual plan to save money, you can often create payment plans with your bank via your banking app.
You have 30 days to test it out. If you don’t like the group, you can get your money back after the first group meeting.
