FAQ

the/Shift is designed for emerging leaders at the manager level or above, whether you’re an individual contributor or a people leader. You should have upward ambition, a bias for action, and a commitment to engage consistently. Many members advance to their next role within 4–14 months after joining.
We want to ensure everyone in the group gets maximum value. The questionnaire confirms you meet our criteria for a high-quality, growth-focused group. It’s short and takes less than 5 minutes.
We meet bi-weekly on Monday at 5 PM CST.
Each meeting lasts 1 hour.
Higher-Tier Plans:
SHIFT+ and SHIFT Exec. plans include additional private one-on-one coaching sessions/month (45 minutes each).
You’ll benefit from engaging with the community in addition to applying resources at your own pace in our 1:1 sessions.
We provide a template to help, and this may be tax-deductible.
Group sessions are not recorded. Private sessions are recorded with your permission. We value your privacy.
Partially. You will miss the discussions and any topics presented since they are not recorded, but you’ll gain access to any resources shared after the calls. This can include frameworks, worksheets, and other helpful content.
We accept PayPal, major credit cards, ACH, and other digital payment methods.
You have 30 days to test the group out. If you don’t like the group, you can get your money back after the first group meeting. 1:1 coaching sessions are non-refundable. You can stop the renewal of your subscription any time – the only exception is that there are no refunds for the current month you’ve paid, just cancel ahead of the renewal date of your subscription.
Many employers cover the cost due to the impact on your growth and on the impact you’ll have.
I recommend you ask your employer what leadership development budgets are allocated for you.
Some of my clients have successfully covered some or all of their coaching expenses through their training and development budget.
