In each session, we will zero-in the challenges and goals you want to address.

What’s Included

• Kickoff session (90 minutes) to set measurable goals, become familiar with the coaching platform and coaching session format, and to develop a coaching roadmap to keep us focused

• Six (6) months of coaching twice (2x) per week for 45 minutes using Zoom (your choice of video or audio-only sessions).

• Coaching platform account, with direct message access to your coach and access to resources shared before or after a session.

• Self-scheduling so you can select appointments as they fit.

• Two (2) document reviews of up to 30 pages, such as your business plan, pitch deck, board presentations, or other resources you would like to discuss during our engagement. See details in your coaching account, where you will also be able to safely upload and share information.

• Every engagement has a target assessment around the 6-months mark, even if you are determined to continue. This way, we will ensure you are moving the needle in the right direction.
