I had the opportunity to work closely with Corinna for about ~3-4 months this year. Throughout our coaching sessions I found Corinna to be an empathetic leader with personal and professional skills that greatly complemented each other. Through Corinna’s approach to goal setting we were able to uncover a few mental roadblocks I didn't initially realize affected my ability to effectively communicate in email, verbally and through powerpoint presentations. It was an eye opening experience that has not only resulted in an immediate improvement in my communication capabilities but has provided me the tools to efficiently execute email and power point communications in the future. I greatly appreciate Corinna’s support and would highly recommend her as a coach for any mid-level manager looking to increase their effectiveness.
